All items are posted with Royal Mail 1st class delivery within 1-2 days of the order being placed. If an order is placed during the weekend, we will ensure the order is dispatched within the next couple of working days.

Returns: We do accept returns or exchanges if the error is on our behalf. For example, if the order is damaged on arrival please return to Build up Posters Limited, 21 Severn Drive, Hindley Green, Wigan, WN2 4TW – please enclose your order details if returning to us. Please note, any damaged items must be reported within 24hrs of receiving the purchase.

Non-delivered orders: If your order does not arrive, you must contact us within 7 days of your order being placed. If an order has not arrived within this time period we are unable to assist with the issue. During the 7 days we can sort replacements or refunds.
